Job Description
The Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and front desk coverage at a senior living community. This includes answering phones, greeting residents and visitors, and addressing resident concerns.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6-12 months of previous customer service or front desk experience
- Working knowledge of computer systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
