The Concierge provides front desk coverage and exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors, and guests in a senior living community.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6-12 months of previous customer service or front desk experience
- Working knowledge of various computer systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
