Concierge - On-Call

The Concierge is the first point of contact with residents, families, visitors, and guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment. The position requires a dynamic role in the community, answering inquiries, coordinating resident services, and maintaining efficient front desk operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service or front desk experience (6-12 months)
• Working knowledge of computer systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
