Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Culinary school certificates (a plus)
• Food Handler Card
• At least one (1) year of full-service kitchen experience
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and knife handling
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions
• Proficiency in preparing large-batch cooking
• Creative culinary and prep skills (a plus)
