Job Description
The Director of Care Services provides executive-level clinical leadership and oversight for all assisted living and memory care clinical operations across the organization's national portfolio, ensuring excellence in care delivery, regulatory compliance, resident safety, and operational alignment across all communities.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field is required.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior housing clinical operations.
- Ability to travel to Cogir communities across 13 states, up to 70% of the time.
