Job Description
Provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation service for seniors, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and prioritize resident safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license (CDL license may be required)
- Passenger endorsement (if required by state regulations)
- 3+ years of driving record and a clean driving history
- 1+ year of experience driving a passenger vehicle (preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting)
- Experience in operating large vehicles or an equivalent combination of experience and training
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly, and patient demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and commitment to treating residents with respect
