Maintenance Technician

Our maintenance technician is responsible for maintaining the structural integrity of the building and addressing all company maintenance-related issues. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of prior maintenance or handyman experience in a senior living, multi-apartment, or hotel setting
• Professional maintenance-related certifications are a plus, but not required
