Job Description
Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the structural integrity of their building and address maintenance-related issues. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of prior maintenance or handyman experience in a senior living, multi-apartment, or hotel setting
- Professional maintenance-related certifications are a plus, but not required
