Job Description
Medication Technicians (Med Techs) provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with medication administration and activities of daily living. They are part of a team that fosters a supportive environment for residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- MATP certification
- Current First Aid and CPR license
- At least 12 months of experience administering medications in a professional caregiving setting
- Excellent attention to detail and high integrity
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset
- Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating our residents with dignity and respect
