Job Description
Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician to provide compassionate care to residents in their senior living communities. As a Medication Technician, you will assist residents with medication administration and activities of daily living, and foster a supportive and nurturing environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid state medication administration license (CNA/CMA/CMT/QMAP/Certified Caregiver) or meet state requirements
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- 12 months of experience administering medications in a professional caregiving setting
- Excellent attention to detail and high integrity
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset
- Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating residents with dignity and respect
