Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid state medication administration license (CNA/CMA/CMT/QMAP/Certified Caregiver) or meet state requirements for medication administration in assisted living
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- At least 12 months of experience administering medications in a professional caregiving setting
- Experience with memory care and/or formal training preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and high integrity
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating residents with dignity and respect
