Job Description
The Concierge is the first point of contact with residents, families, visitors, and guests. Provides front desk coverage and exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6-12 months of customer service or front desk experience
- Working knowledge of computer systems
- Patience and willingness to assist residents and visitors
- Friendly, assertive, professional, outgoing, multitasked, and organized
- Excellent communication skills
