The Resident Lifestyle Assistant supports the Resident Lifestyle Director in designing and coordinating various daily life enrichment activities for active residents, promoting their physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6-12 months of relevant experience working with seniors, leading life enrichment activities
- Working knowledge of various computer systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and follow scheduled plans
- Excellent communication skills
