Job Description
Cogitate Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Human Resource Manager to manage and coordinate various HR operational processes to ensure a smooth and efficient employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant experience as an HR Manager or in a similar strategic HR role
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and statuary compliances
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with HR software and tools for managing HR processes and data
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Leadership skills with a track record of building and managing effective teams
