We're looking for a Product Marketing Lead to shape how Cogna positions, packages, and sells AI transformation to physical industry businesses, building the narratives, frameworks, and enablement that win enterprise deals.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in enterprise product marketing with ability to position complex platforms to C-suite buyers
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize market intelligence from win/loss, competitive analysis, and sales feedback into actionable insights
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Product and Sales
- Strong storytelling and communication abilities, with experience creating compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences
- Analytical mindset with ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop frameworks, and make data-informed decisions
- Self-starter mentality with comfort in high-growth environments where you define the path forward
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements as needed
