Lead HR– Talent Acquisition

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead – Talent Acquisition to drive and deliver end-to-end recruitment excellence, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and mentoring a small team of recruiters.

Requirements

• 7–8 years of experience in talent acquisition
• At least 2 years in a team leadership or senior recruiter role
• Proven track record of hiring across multiple functions and levels
• Hands-on experience with modern sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
