Job Description
The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as controlling vacant positions, managing employment portals and social networks, and generating recruitment channels.
Requirements
- University graduate in Psychology, Human Resources or related degree
- Knowledge of psychological tests for candidate evaluation
- Control of vacant positions
- Management of employment portals and/or social networks
- Generate recruitment channels
- Knowledge of interviews, Assessment Center or other selection methods
- Management of income reports
- Negotiation skills
- Microsoft Office package management
