Requirements
- Systems Engineering, Information Systems Licentiate or related field
- Specialization in system analysis, design, and programming
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system development
- 1 to 3 years in technical leadership or management roles
- Knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports, PL/SQL,.Net, Java, JSP, PHP, C++
- Proficiency in project planning and management tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Availability for occasional travel
- Results-oriented, with excellent organizational and supervisory skills for high-performance work teams
