Cohere Health is seeking a Lead People Operations Partner to join its growing team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the employee experience, managing onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, HR operations, and training.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Operations professional
• Experience managing end-to-end onboarding processes
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
• Experience with HRIS systems
