Staff Data Scientist

You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape problem definition, prioritize opportunities, and influence decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science
• Deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental design
• Hands-on experience tuning and evaluating ML models for NLP tasks
• Experience building and scaling data science solutions in cloud environments
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence technical direction without direct authority
• Strong experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
• Expertise in Python programming language
• Ability to communicate and influence at senior stakeholder levels
