Job Description
Cohere is seeking a Head of Solutions Architecture to lead a global team of Solutions Architects and drive sales and revenue growth by designing and delivering cutting-edge AI solutions for enterprise customers worldwide.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture
- 10+ years of experience leading sales engineering teams
- Deep knowledge of agentic AI, model customization, and enterprise deployment
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical solutions into business value and directly contribute to revenue targets
- Proven ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing technical teams
- Strong ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and drive innovation
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences
