Job Description
Cohere is hiring an IT Operations Specialist for a 12-month contract in London. The role involves providing IT support to employees globally, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and training employees on tools and systems. The ideal candidate has strong Mac, Google Workspace, and Slack support experience, with knowledge of Okta, scripting languages, and cybersecurity best practices.
Requirements
- Strong Mac, Google Workspace, and Slack support experience
- Okta knowledge (preferably Okta Certified Professional/Administrator)
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
- Experience with supporting Google Meet, Crestron, room schedulers, and networking concepts
