Job Description
Cohere is seeking a member of technical staff to help develop and improve agentic LLM systems. This role focuses on agentic techniques, including reasoning, tool use, and memory, and involves collaborating with various teams to enhance performance and explore cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will work in a remote-friendly environment with a focus on innovation and impact.
Requirements
- PhD in computer science or related field
- Strong software engineering skills
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML-related code
- Experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks
- Experience with post-training LLMs (SFT, PEFT, or RL*)
- Experience with building synthetic data generation pipelines
