Job Description
Cohere is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to contribute to the scaling of their intelligence initiatives. The role involves applying Large Language Models to solve real-world problems for clients and potentially leading teams in applied ML projects. Cohere is a team focused on pushing the boundaries of AI and creating valuable products for developers and businesses.
Requirements
- Prior experience in leading ML teams in applied research and production.
- Prior experience in setting and executing technical direction for new or refined products.
- Prior experience working cross-discipline in a matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in Python and related ML frameworks (Tensorflow, TF-Serving, JAX, XLA/MLIR).
- Experience using large-scale distributed training and inference.
