Lead plant-wide CI strategy, partner with top management, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing with strong focus on CI, transformation, automation, or digitalization
- Minimum 3+ years of people management or leadership experience
- Proven experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects as project leader
- Strong knowledge of Lean, SPC, Theory of Constraints, and advanced problem solving
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
- Strong change management, stakeholder influence, and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global environment
