Provide technical support for production problems in TEC assembly manufacturing areas. Collaborate with other departments to develop new tools and fixtures for prototype process and product development. Ensure machines operate smoothly and collect data to improve processes further.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Materials Science or Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 2 years applicable experience in manufacturing setting in relation to trouble shooting of plating or wet chemical processing or machine processing
- Understanding of technical drawing & technical manual, TDS and applies principles, theories, concepts, techniques into analyse the data, give solution in manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and solve production problems effectively and timely manner in production setting
- Ability to lead people and achieve results through others
- Proven ability training of operators/technician/Engineer I
- Proficient computer skills, experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Email, internet access, SPC software
- Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, global team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership, and competency
- Good command of English
