Job Description
Job description: Engineer 2, Process. Primary duties include understanding current process capability, executing and improving processes, reducing process variance, and ensuring product yield achievement. Responsibilities include technical problem handling and support for internal customers.
Requirements
- BS degree in engineering or science
- At least 2 years of related working experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience in well-developed fault isolation, problem solving & analytical skills
- Experience in methodization and improvement of manufacturing processes
- Experience in designing simple tools, jigs and fixture for manufacturing processes
- Experience in using P-FMEA, SPC and other statistical methods
- Experience in using AutoCAD
- Ability to use English for Business Communication
- Mandarin as the 3rd language is an advantage
