Job Description
The Facilities Technician is responsible for monitoring and operating facility systems, performing basic maintenance work, responding to breakdowns and issues, and reporting any problems or abnormalities to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or a related technical field
- Basic knowledge of facility systems such as HVAC, electrical distribution, pumps, compressors, and utilities
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in facilities maintenance
- Computer skills (MS Excel, Word, maintenance systems)
- Willing to work on shifts, standby, or on-call when required
