As the People Insights Lead Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in helping leaders across the organisation make smarter, faster, and more strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Fusion Analytics or Fusion Data Intelligence is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in data management, business analysis, or analytics.
- Strong background in data visualisation best practices
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Oracle Analytics Cloud, FAW, or FDI (Oracle highly preferred)
