Job Description
The IE Technician will be responsible for manufacturing and non-manufacturing areas, leading and managing project layout and execution works, and ensuring adherence to company values. This is a full-time role that requires a diploma in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Requirements
- Diploma in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in IE or manufacturing environment
- Leadership capabilities to manage contractors and engineering/maintenance teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp. Malaysia or other sites
