Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lean Manufacturing Intern to join our Silicon Carbide (SiC) manufacturing team for Summer 2026. The perfect candidate will support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing site.
Requirements
- Process time studies
- Motion studies
- Implementing 5S in production areas
- Documenting improved workflows
- Collaborating with shop floor workers, technicians and engineers
