Laser Systems Engineer

This is a production role required for the assembly and production of our laser systems, including assembly and test of production products, optic/laser alignment, fault diagnosis, result monitoring and analysis, final optical assembly of advanced laser products, and laser calibration using electronic control.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in a laser science or related subject or equivalent knowledge gained through working in laser production environment
• Experience of aligning and testing opto-electronic/laser equipment
• Strong innovation, analytical and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge and experience of quality control/process improvement methods
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Able to work to deadlines
