Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or its equivalents
• At least xx years of relevant work experience in Manufacturing Industry
• Strong Knowledge on process engineering (equipment hands-on, SPC, FMEA and other tools)
• Good knowledge on equipment introduction and transfer qualification process
• Experience in new product introduction- product and technology transfer and deployment
• Project management
• Problem Solving Skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
