Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• At least xx years of relevant work experience in Manufacturing Industry
• Strong knowledge on process engineering, equipment introduction, and transfer qualification process
• Good knowledge on equipment introduction and transfer qualification process
• Experience in new product introduction, product and technology transfer, and deployment
