Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in process engineering with management experience
- BS/MS in an Engineering field or equivalent degree/experience
- Leadership capabilities, strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with other members of Coherent integration, program management and executive teams
