Process Engineering Manager

Responsible for a team of process engineers and technicians accountable to support development activities across a range of InP and GaAs new products being developed in Sherman for future mass production. Lead and manage 6-10 engineers and 4-8 process technicians.

Requirements

• 10 years in a process engineering role preferably with management experience
• BS/MS in an Engineering field or equivalent degree/experience
• Leadership capabilities to demonstrate strong execution capabilities in a rapidly changing and high priority environment
• Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills
• Work effectively with other members of Coherent integration, program management and executive teams
