Job Description
We are seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead teams to resolve issues in mechanical processes, provide mechanical engineering expertise for capital projects and plant issues, and develop and enhance knowledge and skill levels of engineers, maintenance, and technicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of related experience
- At least 3+ years in managerial/leadership roles
- Proficient in at least one 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Wire saw/ID saw processes, Mechanical assembly, High-temperature furnace, Copper-to-ceramic bonding, Basic PLC programming
