Job Description
The Production Executive is responsible for coordinating and monitoring shiftly production plan, supervising production Supervisor / Line Leader KPI, and managing headcount allocation. They must also ensure implementation and adherence to EHS, ESD, and cleanroom requirements. The role involves analyzing production related data, controlling stock item consumption, and managing direct labor and attendance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin / Economics / IE / Production Management and related disciplines
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with Oracle/ ERP/ SAP/ MRP tools
- Experience working on lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects
- Computer software knowledge, including Microsoft Office
