Job Description
The Production Manager is responsible for leading the production team, supervising production lines, and executing production plans. The role involves quality monitoring, improvement, and problem-solving, as well as working with various teams and managing production schedules.
Requirements
- A Degree/Diploma in Business Admin / Economics / IE / Production Management or its equivalents
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in high volume high mix production environment
- At least 3 years in supervisory position
- Leadership capabilities to manage a production team
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with Oracle/ ERP/ SAP/ MRP tools
- Experience working on lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects
