Job Description
Production Manager I is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the production process to meet shiftly packouts, weekly and quarterly production and shipment targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a manufacturing environment, with at least 8 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of production processes, manufacturing systems, and Lean/6 Sigma principles
- Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in manufacturing
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite
- Experience in setting and achieving production and shipment targets
