Job Description
Responsible for generating and releasing work orders and maintaining production schedules in the MRP system, supporting production planning activities, and coordinating with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, and customer service to support production flow.
Requirements
- Generating and releasing work orders and maintaining production schedules in the MRP system
- Supporting production planning activities including schedule updates, material tracking, and inventory monitoring
- Reviewing and maintaining BOM accuracy and supporting implementation of engineering changes (ECOs)
- Monitoring production status, material availability, and assisting in resolving shortages
- Generating and maintaining planning, inventory, and production reports
- Coordinating with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, and customer service to support production flow
- Monitoring manufacturing yields, Lead Time, Safety stock, Shrink %, and Work Order Variance
- Facilitating communication of, and resolution to, PO and material issues in Vietnam
- Reviewing production status and capacity issues with manufacturing supervisor
- Updating on time deliveries, misses, reasons
