Job Description
Coherent Corp. is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure production efficiency and quality. The role involves managing production schedules, employee development, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The position is 100% onsite and requires adherence to company values like integrity, collaboration, accountability, and respect.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Admin / Economics / IE / Production Management and related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a high-volume high mix production environment managing production with at least 3 years in supervisory position.
- Experience working with Oracle/ ERP/ SAP/ MRP tools.
- Experience working on lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects.
- Computer software knowledge etc, especially in Microsoft Office.
