Lead and manage full cycle recruiting for multiple roles of varying seniority, develop innovative solutions for hiring needs, and manage interview process for each candidate in a professional manner.
Requirements
- 5 years full cycle recruiting
- BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Excellent sourcing skills
- Ability to identify appropriate candidates through both behavioral interviewing and technical interviewing
- Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills
- Able to analyze hiring and market trends to recommend data-driven solutions
- ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
- Ability to develop a pipeline to recruit a diverse slate of candidates
- Strong experience with preparing offers including evaluation of salaries, RSUs, relocation packages, and signing bonuses
