Job Description
As a Senior Engineer, Process, you will provide technical support, maintain SOPs, and improve process capability and efficiency. You will work on new technology development and participate in implementing new technologies to enhance process capability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or process engineering
- Experience in optics manufacturing or high-volume, quality-oriented environments preferred
- Strong fault isolation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficient in process improvement and tooling/fixture design
- Knowledge of P-FMEA, SPC, and statistical analysis methods (preferred)
- Proficient in AutoCAD (SolidWorks is an advantage)
- Strong English communication; Mandarin is an advantage
