Improve existing Test Infrastructure, develop and deploy new Test Infrastructure, and maintain existing infrastructure. Provide training and support to operators and technicians, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years semiconductor, analog, or similar Test and Measurement experience
- MS or equivalent degree, PhD preferred
- High volume manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of optics, mechanics, and electronics theory
- Excellent laboratory skills using high speed test equipment
- Cursory knowledge of programming or scripting languages
- Quick learner with abstract and foreign concepts
- Great self-management & prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong reporting, logging, and documentation skills
- High proficiency with MS Office suite and similar software
- Experience with popular mathematical, engineering, and statistical software packages
