Manage and develop plans for EFRT capability and capacity, and assess and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Quality systems. The role requires close collaboration with the NPI Team and analyzing customer-reported problems to implement containment measures and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering, with a preference for majors in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in transceiver module testing and a solid understanding of optical technologies within the industry.
- Proven ability to manage quality-related matters across incoming, in-process, and outgoing stages.
- Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings and understanding Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Knowledge and experience with mechanical CAD software such as SolidWorks and e-drawing.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Greenbelt Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles.
- Demonstrated analytical skills paired with a hands-on working attitude.
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible in response to rapid changes in business needs.
- Experience in high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environments, and/or assembly, SMT (Surface Mount Technology), and PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing is advantageous.
- Good understanding of mechanical dimensioning and tolerancing analysis, as well as familiarity with poka-yoke (error-proofing) principles, is considered an added advantage.
