Job Description
Lead the Engineering and Production team for overall production delivery, supervise and maintain production line, execute production build plans, and improve product line processes and quality.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Admin / Economics / IE / Production Management or its equivalents
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience in high volume high mix production environment
- Leadership capabilities to manage a production team
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Oracle/ ERP/ SAP/ MRP tools
- Experience working on lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects
