Senior Process Engineer

This position is responsible for designated manufacturing process and documentation, methods analysis/improvements, machines layout and equipment acquisition, preparation of equipment justification and appropriation request development, and maintenance of manufacturing information and Statistical process control systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or process engineering
• Experience in optics manufacturing or high-volume, quality-oriented environments preferred
• Strong fault isolation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Proficient in process improvement and tooling/fixture design
• Knowledge of P-FMEA, SPC, and statistical analysis methods (preferred)
• Proficient in AutoCAD (SolidWorks is an advantage)
• Strong English communication; Mandarin is an advantage
