Job Description
The Technician, Test will maintain existing test infrastructure, bring up new test infrastructure, and support improvements and upgrades to test infrastructure on the production floor. This role will also support engineering in developing and implementing new test infrastructure and provide test equipment-related training to operators.
Requirements
- 15 yr. semiconductor or equipment maintenance or related experience
- BS or equivalent degree
- Knowledge of optics, mechanics, and electronics
- Laboratory skills using high speed test equipment
- Cursory knowledge of programming or scripting languages
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong reporting, logging, and documentation skills
- Great self-management & prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal/teaming skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and similar software
- Ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously and continually report on progress
- Ability to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment
- Soldering experience, Oscilloscope experience, computer networking troubleshooting experience
