Technologist | III V Semiconductor Technology | Process Development (InP & GaAs)

Lead definition and development of new and novel III‐V process nodes for InP and GaAs technologies, partner with cross-functional teams, and contribute to breakthrough III‐V semiconductor technologies.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant discipline
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering or technology development
• Deep knowledge of III‐V semiconductor processing—InP, GaAs, or related compound semiconductors
• Proven record of improving throughput, stability, and yield in complex fab environments
